This is a great little cabinet for the price, realistically it holds 3 long ones with moderate attachments and 2 handhelds on the door pouches. Still does a great job at that and hides away real nice, the lock has 2 pin codes (a master and a normal pin) that might confuse people but its similar to most digital safes I bought. For anyone reading this in the future the SETTINGS BUTTON is a small button HIDDEN inside the door next to the light, you press it and then enter your new code and then #. You have to do the same for the MASTER pin but when the door is open you hit 00 first and then the Hidden Button and enter your other pin. Its good if you want to give someone else access but not tell them your main #, but again once the door is open it can be changed by them so realistically I just make both the same pin code and move on. There was a negative review here complaining about difficulty changing the pin and finding the button but I found it pretty easy and the hidden button is the same as you see in most safes or cabinets. Just be careful pushing it accidentally when drilling in the mount screws, my only complaint is there should be a small cap to cover the button like many more expensive name brands do on their hidden reset buttons. But I found some small random plastic cap laying around I was able to stick over it to protect it from accidental bumps. It has 4 holes in the back to mount to a wall and 2 on the bottom to drill into the floor. Id recommend at least using 2 on the wall since the door gets heavy and will tip the 60LB cabinet. I have all 4 back ones used and with 2 right into a stud its not budging so no need to put a hole in my nice floor. So in conclusion I recommend it, its a good price and came undamaged, the keypad is solid and feels secure with nice button clicks (I hate touch-pad keypads), it isn't the heaviest (A grown man with average strength can lift it while empty but will struggle a tad with gripping and turns) but this isn't a fire safe so I don't expect it to be 800lb with inch thick metal which would cost 10x this . Its nice and I left enough room to fit in another next to it if I ever get another in the future, Id definitely hit the rebuy button to get matching ones. ... show more

It does the job of holding several long guns...plus two handguns on the door with some room left over for a few boxes of ammo.. . A fairly sturdy steel box, not thick steel, but would certainly hold off an "amateur" perp.... Great for keeping the youngsters away from your firearms... Needs to be securely attached to floor and/or wall. Do not let this unit stand alone without securing it.... ... show more

This is a decent safe for what it costs. It’s more like a gun cabinet as it’s not fireproof and the metal is thin, but it’s fairly sturdy. Was very protected during delivery and very little assembly required. Easily holds 4 rifles, maybe 5 depending on the sizes. Plus 2 pistols on the door and extra space on the shelf. Good quality product for the price. Decent metal with good quality lock. Had a little trouble getting fingerprints registered but after all was done it worked as expected. Handgun sleeves will fit most normal sized handguns. 9mm or so. Not sure if a larger caliber full size handgun would fit with the door closed but my 9mm and 40 concealed fit and door shut perfect. First one i received had some damage to the door framing from shipping. Contacted seller and they immediately replaced it with a new one. Response time was excellent and new one was shipped out asap. I would definitely consider this for storing a few shorter rifles and sub machine guns. Nice shelves on top and on door for ammo and accessories. A+!! ... show more

    • The gap between propaganda and reality

The media could not be loaded. I was deeply disappointed with a safe I purchased on Amazon. This safe was advertised as being of high quality and fully functional, yet after I purchased it and used it, I found it to be plagued with problems. First, let me describe the basics of this safe. According to the product description, this safe has excellent anti-theft properties and offers a convenient control experience. However, these advantages do not hold true in my opinion. When it comes to the experience, the appearance and structural design of this safe is okay, but the materials and durability are worrisome. Within a few days of my use, the top of the safe developed a severe separation. When I first purchased this safe, I chose it for its top separation design, thinking that it would be easier to access items. However, reality has shown me that this design is immature and poses a serious security risk to the product. When it comes to the merits of the product, I think most of its features are still basically normal. However, as a product that sells itself on its safety features, it clearly has a number of shortcomings. The most obvious one is the top separation issue, which undoubtedly poses a huge risk to the safety of the safe. In addition, there are also problems with the product's locking design, which is not smooth enough and sometimes even fails to close properly. I think the existence of these problems seriously affects the user experience of the product. Next, I would like to comment on the value for money aspect. As far as similar products are concerned, the price of this safe is not that low. However, considering its quality issues and the many inconveniences of using it, I think the value for money of this safe is very low. With many lower priced and better performing safes available in the market, I would not recommend buying or using this product. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with this safe. I was deeply dissatisfied with its top separation issues, latch issues, and durability issues. While there are slight highlights in its appearance and some of its features, these do not cover up its flawed quality and lack of user experience. As a consumer, I strongly do not recommend purchasing or using this safe. If you need to buy a safe, I suggest you do more comparisons in the market and choose a more cost-effective product.
