Programming codes and fingerprints is a breeze, the instructions are clear and straightforward with little to no room for error, the safe itself seems sturdy and durable with plenty of room to fit 3 mags (2 of which are extended) and a compact pistol with a bit of room to spare. The speed at which the safe pops open upon finger print is quick enough where I'm confident in an emergency situation I'll be able to access my firearm when needed with no hassle. The keypad input obviously takes longer but it still really responsive and the fact we can program multiple sets of prints and codes makes it easy to plan for emergencies. My only real issue is the fact the safe runs on 4 AA batteries (which I likely skipped over in product details as I don't recall seeing that listed), but I suppose that's more a personal gripe than anything as even without batteries powering the keypad/print scanner I still have the key which pops the safe really quick. I feel an improvement could be the addition of a solar strip/magnetic charging option to at least power the fingerprint scanner in the even you the batteries run out and you don't have access to the key. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product and will update in a few months to a year if I have any issues or find any faults. Would recommend though as a entry safe ... show more

Received two of these safes on time as advertised. One safe was defective and would not open (it did open one time before breaking down) but did program and function electronically. The seller immediately engaged and shipped me replacement. The products are well built and offer three way access - fingerprint, key and digital code at a great price. I was surprised how well the finger print biometrics work. It is easy to setup and accurate. It is surely made well enough to keep out an honest thief or child. If someone really wants in they will get in. Just like any budget safe in this price range. It is still good for safe weapon storage.

I read a ton of reviews on different gun safes before purchasing this one, and I appreciated those that had videos to give me some idea of the size and weight of this gun safe. Although 2 guns are pictured, the one I purchased will not hold 2 guns, but it does fit my 9mm and 2 clips comfortably. I opted for the lighted one because the price difference was not much and any light in a emergency situation will be helpful. It was SUPER easy to set up the pin and my fingerprint. I know that other reviews for biometric safes say that there are flaws with the fingerprint readers, or that their kids can open them, but this safe is only accessible to me and my husband, and we have not had any issues so far. If that changes, I will come back and post any. This one does have the ability to secure it to a wall or floor, but I will not be using that feature. The media could not be loaded. Quick access from my bedside makes this product amazing!! The quality of this product is amazing, very sturdy and well put together. I’m able to fit my gun a few extra clips and my ammo so storage is no problem!
