Very clearly not meant for any other location than your neck, just too awkwardly shaped to use as a back or leg massager. Otherwise it’s a really basic neck massager that’s a little warm and not too rough. I was surprised how well this helped my neck and shoulders. I sit at a computer most of the day and my Mech gets really tense and hurts. I didn’t realize my shoulders weee tense too. This felt great.

I am only keeping it to use for my hands and legs, but you can put any pressure on the massager at all because it is a weak motor and doesn't work well

I normally use the massage chairs at the gym to work out knots created from weight lifting and running. And while this massage pillow only massages a small area at a time, it is just as effective!!! I was pleasantly impressed with how well it works! Placing my arms in the slings serves a double purpose: first, it makes me feel like I’m in a hammock! Secondly, it pulls the pillow down onto my shoulders and neck to create the pressure needed. Overall, I am so happy with the massage pillow!
