The media could not be loaded. First of all, after I ordered this I read the reviews before I even received the item. It is listed as a 3500 watt high power steam cleaner. Then listing somewhere else says 2500 w which I did not see. The unit I received is an AH-SL-003 HPHT steam cleaner. Seeing as I already wasted $80, I figured I would disassemble it and show everyone how dangerous this unit truly is. They fixed the issue with the fusible link. Melting by completely disconnecting it. There's no heat, sinks or cooling for the heating element. And I'm sure this is going to fail almost immediately. I will point out that they did use high voltage wiring but there is no water protection from the electronics. So if you have a leak inside this container it will short and is a shock hazard. I'm going to modify this unit to make it safe but as is I wouldn't trust plugging in and using. Don't buy this product unless you intend on disassembling and building your own unit. ... show more

Product false discription... Non working unit... Not correct wattage as advertised... Update to first review. First one sent didn't work. The second one is working great. Wattage is still incorrect as to the wattage advertised. But have used it for over 10 hours with about 30 minutes continuously and an hour to two hours on and off ... Good purchase for the value ... show more

For what I use it for it’s great. Cleaning grout the stove etc. it’s great that your tubing can go into a large reservoir so you are not limited by a tank

    • Don't waste your money or time
This worked for about 15 minutes then stopped. I checked fuse, it was fine, I checked it on other circuits in my house and it will not turn on at all! I let it cool down, changed the nozzles, checked and rechecked all the plugs and no good. It is 2 days past the time for me to return so I just wasted my money! ... show more

It's so complicated to have a container with water next to the thing and then it doesn't steam all the time sometimes stop steaming and just throw water. For that price you wasting your money for a piece of garbage!!!
