Customer Service was amazing! They had seen that the gas tank cover table (which delivers separately) had been shipped but not delivered to our address. Update The conversion kit arrived 3 days later in a seperate box, there was no communication about it until after emails and calls to Amazon. Table itself is nice, it does take a 5-6 secs to light up. Looks like will be good to have a glass wind propector with it. We have arranged a plumber to install the product. I have bought this product just because it has natural gas conversion kit and it didn’t come out of the box. So l had send the plumber and we are still waiting amazon and the seller to find a solution. The product is heavy and l have paid 80 dollar dilevery fee. Looks like for nothing. Amazon is saying return the product and buy again l mean l paid for delivery and the product is heavy how will l return it? I don’t have a big car and time for all this. ... show more

I had initially given this product a one star, however, I am changing it to 5 stars. When I initially put together the fire pit, it did not work as promised and the flames were barely visible. After a back and forth of emails and problem solving suggestions, the company was responsive, figured out the issue, and sent me (free of charge) the missing part. This is the one you’re looking for. Conversion kit to NG takes a bit of understanding but overall great value for the cost and works very well. Good heat output and looks super nice.

Conversation was easy and everything worked well but, it take a long time to lite. My wife thinks it will blow-up in her face, so she uses a long lighter instead of the automatic igniter. Again everything else is great!
