This hose may cost a little more, but it is well worth it! After trying 5 other supposedly indestructible hoses, and finding them spewing water from many holes, I am grateful for this hose! It does not kink, is easy to use, and does not leak!

I tried the traditional hose and the thin one that shrinks when you empty it. They didn’t last half a season, kinked , leaked. And very poor quality. This hose has exceeded expectations so far. Great quality. Sometimes the water in it can get hot when it’s out in the sun too long and can heat up the plants if not careful but not much of a complaint. It’s really a great hose. ... show more

    • Never kinks and light weight

I’m going to say it’s the best hose I ever had because it doesn’t kink, it’s lightweight, and it’s not popping holes randomly after a year. Before this my options were a heavily constructed hose that supposedly doesn’t kink but always do or a hose that is light weight and shrinks but by next year has a hole or two and then looses pressure and shrinks as I use it. The only thing I don’t like is the connectors. They are cheap. This is where this thing will eventually fail. They are cheap plastic. I’m pretty sure they give you the sprayer hoping you put in on but never take it off. If you take it off, the connection itself will also twist off the hose on that direction. I’m sure the easy twist off connection was their way to address the cheap connection so you can replace as needed. But it should twist the opposite direction. So you have to fight with it to change attachments. But in general considering the others I have had in my life I’ll take it. ... show more

Used the hose for a little over a month and it started leaking from the handle. The black handle covering the metal part bent so much that it bent the metal which then punctured the hose inside. Making the hose unable to use without it leaking all over the place. Very disappointed in this as we had got only a short amount of use out of it for the amount we spent. No more fighting with the water hose to get wrapped back up or pulled out, extremely sturdy and slick. WARNING, be extremely careful on concrete, stepping on it as it will roll. And love how light weight this hose is, so easy to handle.
