I cracked down on oil usage in my cooking and these pans are great. The one downside with them is you can not go over medium heat so to boil water would take quite a while.

This was a great set of cookware for a couple years, but eventually the non-stick quality fades. The pieces I use the most are a bit scratched and discolored, and one piece is unusable now - I cooked a couple of eggs and tomato slices and somehow everything stuck to the pan. These are great pots for the price. I have noticed early on with very little usage the screws have to be retightend every so often but other than that these are great quality pots and pans. I love these pans! They are beautiful, non stick, and easy to clean. That being said, you must be gentle with these. I use only medium high heat, these seem to heat rather quickly. The handles stay cool. Invest in some pan protectors, can get like 12 for $10; I stack these on top of each other when I store them and I know without the protectors they would probably scratch each other ... show more
