    • Flexible sections are not equal length
Having ordered 2 systems from different companies it would appear they are all manufactured in the same place and are compatible. This brand has 2 flexible sections that are not the same length. One is 17 inches, the other 24 inches. The shorter flexible section is oriented “landscape” the longer “portrait” so they can’t be used together. The long one has one unfinished end that does not attach to any other section. I don’t believe the 90 degree section can be used because these mini splits need a minimum of a 4 inch radius to avoid damaging the lines. Sections tend to crack as you try to saw them to needed length. Coupling sections break easily if you try to remove them ... show more

A little hard to make the product snap together and look really nice compared to other brands that I have used but this is a little cheaper. Looks good when you get it in place. I like that they give you a variety of fittings.

Good materials. I bought it to hide the air conditioning pipes inside. It accommodates them well, but I discovered after installation that some parts were missing. I didn't want to dismantle it again and return it. Very disappointed.

Installed horizontally over some plumbing on the exterior of a customer’s house. Worked perfect, quick install and looks very professional. It is very easy to paint. Provided easy access to plumbing for maintenance and concealed it from being seen.
