I have ordered this product twice now and both times I have received the pictured directions that say "Not wi-fi, not voice control") - Hence NO Alexa/Google Assistant. I hooked it up and tried everything to see if the manual is incorrect, but no, there is no wi-fi. I contacted customer support and they said they would send the correct product. But did they, no, I got the same one. Now I have two to return and still don't have the product that is advertised. Also, it says bladeless, but it is not. There are small clear fan blades inside the casing. I can't see a way to remove the casing to clean the blades (anyone who has owned a fan knows that the blades always need occasional cleaning because they always attract the most dust). Another thing to keep in mind, since the product is only 20 inches total, with each fan blade being only 4 inches long, the fan output is very minimal. So, from the ceiling to the floor, you do not get much air flow (at least, not as much as I would like from a ceiling fan - Imagine putting a small 11" box fan on your ceiling and how much air would get to the floor from it). I think that both the white & RGB light DO NOT GO DIM ENOUGH to act as any kind of night light, but I see that as a personal preference. The only positive thing I can say is that it DOES put out a tremendous amount of light and the remote works sufficiently. ... show more

The sound is minimal which is great. There is a variable rate which is like an ocean breeze which is perfect for sleeping. The multicolor LEDs are a great mood enhancer and everything can be as bright, or as dim as you want. Mounting is easy, but even easier with 2 people and the right height ladder. The unit works well with Amazon Alexa, you just have to go through their ap first. The remote supplied is sometimes quicker to just grab. All works well. I'm very happy with purchase.
