Installed the fan and everything is working with the remote and light, but the fan itself won’t turn on. Messaged their support and haven’t heard back in 3 days despite them saying 12 hour support and 30 day warranty. Don’t want to go through the hastle of returning it as they look good they just don’t work. Hopefully the seller will send some support soon or ultimately I will have to return it. ... show more

Super powerful and easy to install finally a company smart enough to make the remote receiver small enough to fin in the cup with all the wires and still enough room to seal it to the ceiling. The big guys should take notice because no one likes playing jenga while on a ladder and holding the weight of a full fan and trying to shove the receiver inside a small space. ... show more

I just had them installed. Electrician said they went up fairly easy. Lower speed on fan isn’t as good need to use higher rotation. Light is bright at night. Very happy for the price I paid

ordered the ceiling fan 2 pack , one worked one didn't . Amazon sending a replacement . the fan is ultra quiet , remote control works and is easy to use . Fan looks great . would have given a 5 if both fans had worked . sometimes you get a defective product , but a replacement is on the way .
