    • Nice set of knives, everything you need
This is a nice, complete set of knives with an attractive block. Everything comes individually wrapped, so it takes time to unwrap them and add them to the block. All of the knives are super sharp. attractive and well balanced. In addition to the Chef & Santoku knives, that I use for most tasks in the kitchen, you get a nice variety of carving, bread, utility & pairing knives, as well as kitchen shears and a sharpener. Although you can wash these in the dishwasher, I generally hand wash knives to prevent any spotting/rusting from detergents, etc. So far, these are holding up nicely and are very sharp. A the time of this review, they were priced at $330 with a $130 coupon making them $200, which is comparable to other sets available on Amazon. ... show more
