Me and my wife both hunt and we have always processed our own havest. We would have to de-bone everything and it was very time consuming. This saw has cut our processing time by two thirds. Instead of small chops, roasts and ground burger, now we are able to have steaks, and in less time. My only complaint about this equipment is the VERY tedious and meticulous cleaning that is need to get it sanitized for storage or its next use that could be days or weeks away. Received meat saw a day earlier than expected. It was packed very good. Had a long scratch on the table. Scratch has nothing to do with the operation of the saw. It is very quiet and saw’s through meat and bones with ease. I am so happy with this meat saw. I highly recommend this meat saw.
