I ordered these knives and I really did like them a lot. They cut very well and look nice on my counter. HOWEVER, the knives began to rust pretty badly not even 6 weeks after they arrived. I take very good care of my kitchen utensils so to have that much rust show up was shocking. I reached out to the seller and was told they only offer refunds within the first 30 days. I’m very disappointed in the customer service regarding this issue. I am a reasonable person, I understand sellers must follow guidelines but in certain situations, the seller should do the right thing and replace the item if need be. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again. Customer service goes a long way so I would encourage the seller to reconsider their refund policy or risk losing loyal customers. ... show more
