I gave this hose a quick test run despite it being very cold where I am, and it worked great! It expanded well, looked as long as it said it should be (100ft) and didn’t have any leaks at all. In the past few years, I’ve been using these expandable hoses more often than the traditional rubber hoses, and I much prefer this style. This 100ft expandable hose is far more lightweight and easier to carry around than the 100ft traditional hoses and performs just as well. I like that it is small when it is empty of water, and stores like a small hose, even though it’s 100 feet long. My 100ft rubber hose is practically a mountain of hose when I roll it back up. This hose is just as good as other expandable hoses I have and has the added bonus of being a stylish orange and black color. This hose also comes with a sprayer, which I appreciate. ... show more

I needed a long hose for the front of my house, but I did not want a big coiled pile of hose. I got this hose because it stretches to 100 feet, but collapses to a much smaller size. I comes with a nice multi-function spray nozzle also. I haven't used it much yet, so I can't comment on durability, but so far so good. ... show more

This is a nice expandable hose that is similar to other expandable hoses I’ve used. I like expandable hoses for certain purposes, but traditional hoses otherwise. What I don’t like about expandable hoses is that when you take the pressure off, it begins to shrink. Yes, this is the purpose but when you open the valve to spray something, the hose begins to lose length. It is also super light. This hose has nice brass couplers. This is the way to go. I will be careful to only purchase hoses with solid brass couplers. I’ve gotten hoses at Costco. They look like quality but it’s like those are made from plastic, not rubber, and the connectors are fancy looking aluminum. Aluminum is terrible choice for this use. Aluminum is cheap, that’s why they use it. One of the brass couplers has a ball valve for turning it on and off. I’ve never needed this feature on a hose and wish this hose didn’t have the added cost. The included hose nozzle… they should improve the quality or leave it out and reduce the cost. The plastic feels like a cheap toy. I don’t expect it to last long. SUMMARY: Overall, this is a good value if you are in the market for an expandable hose. Fantastic hose. So light and easy to use. Pretty impressed with it's ability to expand as much as it does. So much easier to use than the stiff bulky and heavy 100ft standard garden hose I have been using. Love the nice carrying bag this comes with as well. I had few other flexible hoses and this is very comparable to others with the exception that this is 100ft long. The sprayer that came with also work well as expected. Overall, this is a comparable and good flexible garden hose.

Exactly as described. Good value for a 100 foot expandable garden hose that includes the nozzle and extra washers. The storage bag is good for hanging the hose in the garage when not in use.
