This pillow is fantastic for the price! It's firm and holds my head in a comfortable position for side sleeping, but is soft enough to not feel like a brick, like many firm pillows. It's a great compromise between the two.

I had no idea. It arrived flat and seemed pretty good in about an hour. In about 3 hours it was even bigger. I slept on it three nights and finally gave up after a stiff neck and headaches.
