This has probably been the most comfortable mattress foam I’ve felt. I’ve had some other ones that were too firm or too soft, but this one was just right. When I first opened it and put it on the bed, it took about 15 minutes to expand to its normal size. My sheet fit over it perfectly and nothing was out of place. When I slept on it, I fell asleep really fast and slept AMAZING. The ratio of firmness to squishiness is literally perfect. It didn’t feel like I was on water, but it also didn’t feel like I was sleeping on a rock lol. I slept great! We had some guests that came to visit and they also agreed that they slept good, which I’m very happy about. You should definitely buy this foam if it’s what you’re looking for. This is a perfect topper to update an older bed. Or even if you have a soft bed that you want to provide more support or a super hard bed too and want to soften it but still provide support. I purchased a king size 4 inch topper and am happy with my purchase. While inflating there was a small portion of the pad that was just not looking like it was supposed to and I saw some other comments where people said the same thing. It seems as if the material has just stuck to it self and when I just rubbed it a little bit it came apart and fluffed up to look like it’s supposed to. So my mattress pad was clean inflated and looks nice but it is a few inches too short. I have a standard size king bed and it fits perfectly but it’s a few inches too short so I could just move it up so it’s only an inch and a half to sure on the top and bottom and it’s really not even noticeable. When I received the mattress it was shrink-wrapped most of the way inside of a cardboard box. I wish the shrinkwrap went all The way around the mattress pad because now I’m wondering how many little particles got through the cardboard box and into the mattress pad. It doesn’t matter anyway because I am putting a waterproof mattress cover over it but that is still an issue they need to take care of. So as far as support I previously had a dream foam 2 inch memory foam pad that was super soft but does not provide any support. The mattress I have underneath is cushion firm so it is on the hard side. With me developing some back and hip problems I thought I would get a mattress pad but the dream foam one didn’t provide enough cushion since it was so soft. This green tea mattress pad since it’s 4 inches provides a lot more support and I would consider it medium, not soft and not hard. The top green portion is supersoft and the yellow bass is more firm providing great support for my body. It actually is perfect for my hips and waist but a little too hard for my shoulders. I have wide shoulders and they are not as heavy as my hips so my shoulders ache a little more now than they did with my previous mattress pad. I’m guessing this is so because I am a side sleeper but when I try sleeping on my back this provides excellent support my back and legs and neck. I don’t even think I need to use a pillow. I’ve only been using it a couple days so I will need to update this review later if I notice anything different. ... show more

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied! Performance: After laying on this topper, I’m thrilled. It’s comfortable and pretty cool! Typically mattress toppers can make me sweat, but this one feels way better. Thickness: it’s all of 3 inches, I mean ALL of it. Feels thicker to me, lol. I’d say it has the right amount of soft and firmness. This is a 10/10 topper. I’d buy again. Especially for the price! (It also arrived 2 days early!) ... show more

Okay, I'm changing my review. I put my grass tatami mat between the memory foam and my latex topper and have created heaven. This memory foam mattress is very soft so I would recommend using it with a topper and something firming in between.
