I apologize in advance for the long winded review, but please read it. I read a review from someone that said something to the effect of "if you're going to use this topper nightly, just go and buy a new mattress." Well my dear, not everyone has money to just go out and purchase a brand new mattress at the drop of a hat, that's why they make these! If I could do that, I would not be in this mess. I was looking up and researching different brands, reading reviews for months. I suffer from severe pain, I have non-diabetic neuropathy and my mattress, which is only 2 years old, was killing me with pressure points, neck pain, back and hip pain, you name it. I have limited funds due to not being able to go back to work just yet.. yada yada yada. You know the story. Just a horrible situation all around. I came across this topper. I picked the 3 inch. Been sleeping on it for a week, it has helped immensely. Now, depending on the size of your current mattress, you may need some deeper pocket sheets. My sheets just about fit. My mattress protector fits just fine. Just take good care of it and it will last. Not hard to follow instructions. As far as cooling goes, it will not make you sleep "cooler" . The cooling is in regards to sleeping on memory foam. That's what people do not understand about descriptions when they mention "cooling". Memory Foam runs hot, so if a product says "cooling", that just means it won't make you hot while you sleep. So do not buy a memory foam mattress just because you want to be "cooler". It will not happen. I don't get why people do not understand this?! My bed is much higher now though, if you are short and tiny like me, you may need a little bedside stool. 😆 If this does not suit your needs, then yes, maybe you should consider a new mattress. Before getting this 3 inch topper I woke up with back pain almost every day. This gives me the support I need in the small of my back to sleep very well and wake up with no pain. I am very happy to have found this at such a reasonable price. As an added bonus, it's made here in the USA. Rick B.

Ordered the Twin XL and it fit my son’s dorm mattress perfectly. Great comfort and fit. We’ve got one in use on an older IKEA mattress in a guest room (Queen size) which our guests mentioned is super comfortable when using it. The ones we have are the cooling foam, it works well for that. We use it under a standard fitted sheet. We did go to a deeper/talker sheet set so this fits the bed top and the sheet doesn’t pull up on the ends or sides. My son lays his under the thin mattress cover and under his fitted sheet, more for padding then the cooling effect. Decent price at the time we bought it, (in August 2024), Amazon had much better pricing than at local stores. It arrived folded but popped back up into the proper shape and size, once opened and laid out on the bed for a few hours. ... show more

I’m laying in bed right now and it’s so comfortable that my brain finally went You Gotta Write A Review. I bought a very cheap mattress when I moved because it was all I could afford and was regretting it. Now I think this might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I don’t overheat which I was worried about with this thick of a topper, I’ve had it for 8ish months now and it hasn’t broken (no issues with ripping and I’ve even given it a flip just so I’m not constantly wearing in one side but honestly I haven’t even noticed any wear outside of some yellowing).
