Welp! I had one of these as a mattress topper. I loved the way it provided a gentle cloud under my lightweight body parts - wrists, elbows, ankles, and knees. It did flatten out under my other body parts. Also, I found that I needed to put my mattress pad and top sheet over it directly, and not fasten it onto the mattress underneath as well, because it required daily fluffing. No big deal, that was an easy enough way to facilitate the fluffing. And for someone who wants to nestle these delicate little joints onto a pillowy surface, it would work well. However, I have back problems. I need support under my back. This didn't provide that. I didn't realize that it interfered with the really wonderful polyurethane mattress toppers I have (yes, two of them! A 2" solid one and a 2" egg crate one on top of that! 10/10 recommend for providing resilient support - not sinking and entrapment like memory foam creates - and yes, I bought them on amazon!). Anyhow, like I was saying, it created a barrier between my body and my mattress toppers. I didn't realize it until I took it off due to a unique and unrelated circumstance, and immediately ordered another. So, after I had it off for a few days, I realized how much better the other mattress toppers alone supported my back. And then I didn't return the new one on time, and it dwelled in my bedroom - until! - I spilled wine on my quilt (don't judge) and had nothing to cover up with. So I unboxed this thing... and it is my new best friend. And so, the queen size topper is the equivalent of a twin size comforter. Which is fine bc I have this bed ALL TO MYSELF (#winning). Without a top sheet, it literally floats over my body like a wonderful cloud of pillowy softness. And yes, literally. floats - much of it is not even in contact with my body. Instead, it creates warm, cozy air pockets around my various pieces. And it is lightweight AF. Yet thick and very warm. Thus, great you sleep in a cool or cold bedroom. It came really well packed. I let it stay on the couch overnight an then put it in the dryer on air fluff. It looked like a cloud was! Iwas attracted to this bedding because it was described being helpful for back pain. I use a adjustable bed and sadly this beautiful pad loses its support when in the sitting position. My bad . I didn't think about that issue. I will have to do better research next time. ... show more

This is the best mattress topper Iā€™ve ever used and I donā€™t see a need for any other. Iā€™ve tried countless toppers, and theyā€™ve either been too thin or so overfilled that I sink uncomfortably in the pockets. But this is everything you could hope for. I used it immediately after opening. It expanded so well, and sure it probably would have expanded more if I waited the 48 hours, but there really was no need. When the topper deflates a bit over time Iā€™ll touch it up by throwing it into the dryer for 15 mins. I donā€™t wake up at night sweaty and it is so thick and comfortable that sleeping on my side is t painful. It holds up well and doesnā€™t flatten immediately like some do. First of all this is just a topper, not a mattress pad. It has these elastic things on the corners that are absolutely useless, they just slide right off. Itā€™s quite lumpy (see picture) many of the squares have the filling folded in half. Itā€™s quite time consuming trying to straighten it. Even after the allotted time to breathe, itā€™s quite thin, not at all the way the picture portrays. The fabric is very nice and comfortable, and it fit my bed perfectly. Not loving it, so far. Hoping itā€™ll stay put once the sheets are on. Wish Iā€™d opened it sooner. I purchased over the summer prime days. I probably wouldā€™ve returned it. Itā€™ll probably end up on my guest bedroom bed. My old mattress pad was fluffier than this. ... show more
