You might say we are somewhat experts on lower back support. Nobody here is an orthopedic surgeon or anything, but there are lower back situations which have necessitated a plethora of lumbar support cushions over the years. Our general experience has been that lumbar support cushions tend to fall a little short in the area of…well…lumbar support…. Then arrives the ZIKEE Lumbar Support Pillow!! If there were a way to insert angelic choirs with Xenon light beams from on high bathing this product in its Heavenly light, I would put that in. I guess you’ll just have to visualize it. What makes this one so different? This has a very dense memory foam “core” that provides added support in the critical lumbar zone. It seems a fundamental idea, but only this product has that feature of the many we have tried over time. On the flip side, it is possible this core feature could develop a “hot spot” over a lengthy spell - say a long drive or a marathon ZOOM meeting. This would have been helped with a little denser foam surrounding the core - but that is a relatively small thing in my humble opinion. We will accept that to get the added support where it really counts every time. The good: Obviously the lumbar support is the star of this show. In the supporting roles however are very high-quality construction. Sturdy mounting straps (for desk chair). You wouldn’t sling your ruck sack to them or anything but they are of a heavier gauge than most products like this would have. Opportunities to improve: A little denser foam surrounding the core would morph this into an utterly perfect product. Bottom line: About a 9.9 out of a perfect 10 - would get a gold medal in most Olympics. A BARGAIN at the price point it comes in at. ... show more

This item arrived vacuum-sealed and as soon as I removed it from that plastic seal it basically instantly inflated to full form. It didn't require any extra time to reform and set up so I was able to immediately see and get an impression of how it would work. This lower back pillow is a mix of micro-fiber and memory foam. There;'s no weird smell or texture. It feels both soft and yet with a good amount of firmness. When you push down on it with your hand you feel a good amount of sturdiness with a soft 'give'. What I like about this lumbar pillow is that it gives you so many options of locations to use it. You can place it against a hard-back wooden chair, a soft computer chair, a couch, and a car seat. I appreciate that the back of the pillow comes with straps so if you need to you can affix it to any piece of furniture so that it fits perfectly for your body regardless of height. The price for this pillow is excellent and the comfort it provides is pretty satisfying. I'd say this is a good option for anyone suffering from lower back pain. ... show more

I got this lumbar support cushion to use on my home office chair. I have a similar seat cushion attached to the chair. It fits securely and I can adjust the height without it slipping up and down like other brands I've tried. The material bounces back to its original shape quickly after I stop putting weight on it. The shape fits my lower back perfectly. My office gets pretty hot when I have all my computers and monitors running, but this cushion stays cool. My previous one made my back sweat, but this one just stays at a comfortable temperature. My previous version also slid down after being used for about an hour, but this one stays in place. I don't have to keep reminding myself to fix my posture...this does it for me. ... show more

    • Perhaps a little too stiff for me but a nice posture corrector.
I grabbed this thinking it would have more squishy parts. It feels like there's a giant bar in the middle. It's a little uncomfortable to lean back on. That said, it works well for my gaming chair as a way to keep me sitting straight up. I wish it was more squishy, but it was still a good purchase. The material on the outside of it feels like cloth with some bumps protruding slightly in the front. It's nice for rubbing your back on. It doesn't seem like it'd be easy to clean, though, and a cat would have a field day with it. The straps are a little short and seem designed for thin gaming chairs. I had to use a lot of strength to stretch these straps around my plush office chairs. It would be a drastic improvement for the straps to be longer. I realize the straps adjust, but even at max length, it was a tough fit. Overall, I'd say get this if you need some help aligning your back when typing. It helps straighten my posture for sure, and my back is thankful even after only a few days of use. ... show more

This ZIKEE Lumbar support pillow is just what I needed for my work office. It doesn’t vibrate or heat up and is not decorative. It is just wonderful, discrete, firm low back support for those long hours during budget season. I have a very nice office chair at work, but this lumbar support pillow makes it the best. The cover zips off for easy care and the fabric is very durable. I especially love that the elastic straps don’t just stretch over the back of the chair, but they unclip and clip for perfect placement in the low back area. I am so pleased with this pillow. I've been needing lumbar support now for about 1 year. The ZIKEE Lumbar Support Pillow was a much higher quality than I expected. Not only does the pillow look good, but it gives the right amount of support. I found that I could strap it in place, on my favorite chair for watching TV, and it stays in the exact place I need for the support. I bought this for my husband, who has back pain when he sits at the kitchen table. It is very study and firm. Much thicker than the one he had before. I don't think this will break down very fast. It is very nicely stitched and the material can be washed with a cloth. It looks very high quality. The buckle straps are a nice way to keep it in place ... show more
