I sit for 12 hrs a day so this works nice to get some circulation in my legs. I would recommend you put a slight bend in your knees and not lock them or it is hard on your hips. Very well made but I give it a 4 only because it is so big and heavy and the instructions leave a lot to be desired.

Nicely surprised at how great this works! Easy to use. So glad for the remote too. I use it daily and my leg muscles are super strong now. I didn't have pain to relieve so I can't talk to that but I like being able to cut my exercise time down because of this device. One carabiner that hooks the side band was broken, but it's easily replaceable. I use hand weights anyway since the tension on the bands isn't what I prefer. So I don't miss it. Good price.
