Assembly can be done solo with basic assembly skills (I admit the last few steps where you lift the belt section up and insert screws is very challenging alone though). I bought this treadmill as a family gift. Set up was fairly easy and the directions were clear with photos. We had a hiccup with the grounding wire getting screwed in, but were able to get that step complete with an electric screwdriver. The treadmill itself works great and does everything we wanted it to do! The incline is what I was most excited about and the machine is very sturdy. I was looking for a good treadmill that would support myself but also my son who is almost 200 lbs. It was asswembled fairly easily (I had my brother come help). The hardest part was getting it inside from the garage because it's heavy (about 170 lbs I think). I like the inclination feature and the ease of getting started. I don't use any of the Smart features myself but if I did those are available too. Overall a good product, good value. This is a great treadmill for home. It feels very sturdy and yet is compact. I will say, it weighs a ton, and setting it up had its challenges, but we did it. (Thank god we paid for the Amazon delivery-to-room of choice!). The only thing I don't love is that there doesn't seem to be an auto-power-off, or if it is, it is a very long period. I have to remember to turn off the power manually as I worry that it will burn out sooner if not. But I have been really happy with the purchase. ... show more

I’ve used a variety of treadmills over the years and this one fits my needs perfectly. Easy to put together, functions great. Has some noise as expected but fairly quiet considering. I like the moveable clip that attaches to an iPad or book, helps keep it in place because it will rattle a bit if the clip isn’t used. The speed and grade change is a little slow, a roller button or even number choices instead of odd would work better. An aux output is a little dated, would have preferred usb or usbc instead. The square cups holders are interesting, fits a water bottle and some bigger cups, but doesn’t fit gallon or thicker base cups. Overall I’m happy with it especially at the price point I got it for.
