I love the chair, it was cozy and my daughter wanted to snuggle in it at every chance. Unfortunately, we had to send it back because the legs stuck out to far for her bedroom. So we had to purchase one with a circle base instead. But this was definitely a great buy for a bigger area.

The product came with tore up stitching on cushions . Back rod won’t straighten after multiple adjustments also to base screw (as instructed in the brochure ) . It’s difficult to assemble and even more difficult to return once you have assembled and find out back rod won’t straighten .

    • Needs two people to assemble
To get the curved egg part together, you need two people to put the proper tension on the chair while assembling. Once I got it together, it looks great.

My sons recliner was falling apart he wanted a regular egg chair we seen the heated egg chair with foot rest but wouldn't be able to get it by christmas so we found this one that also had the footrest the head rest pillow is uncomfortable and hurts his neck with the foot rest it's a pain to get in and out of but has the option to take the foot rest piece off which is really nice while putting together on one side the wrapping started to come right off ... show more

Was a christmas present. Spent 3 hours trying to put the chair together. Not even the stand. Just the CHAIR SEAT! The seller sent me a previously broken and re-welded chair. Horrible welding job too. To the point I cannot put the screws in to secure the chair from collapsing. On top of that, the main rod in the back in bent wrong so if you sit in it, it tips sideways.... Spent so long trying to put it together don't have the box to return it so now I'm out $190 and stuck with a broken chair i cannot sit in. ... show more
