I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it! ... show more

I've purchased several of these pillows and this one was my favorite because the I found the memory foam to not be as firm/hard as the other brands. I don't wake up with a sore ear. I noticed that some complain that the pillow is too thin, but that is actually a total positive point for me. I think we are all sleeping with our heads cranked up too high and that is wrong. I did see that the company will send you an insert for free if you still feel you need the extra lift. I'm a side sleeper and I like how my neck fits into the dip perfectly. I feel that it helps with my sleeping posture so that I'm not looking down while I sleep--it keeps me looking forward which is also great for cervical alignment--we are all so used to looking down all the time at our phones, etc. that we don't even notice we do it while we're sleeping, too! I don't use this pillow every night, however. I have neck issues so I use it every few nights when I feel it is right. I also wish I had ordered the king size because it would have supported my arms and shoulders better while side sleeping vs. the queen size. I initially let the pillow air out and fluff for about 12 hours and felt it was fine to use. ... show more

It took me some time to adjust to sleeping much flatter (I foolishly usually use 2 pillows!) but once I got used to it its mich more comfortable than regular pillows and my neck pain in am is much better!

My neck had started to hurt really bad so I figured I needed a better pillow to help. After researching pillows to eliminate neck pain relief I found this one. I also looked at many others very similar but with a much higher price tag. I know you get what you pay for, but I crossed my fingers and bought this one that was less expensive than the others. My neck felt better by the very next day and continued daily until my neck pain was gone. I realized I had started sleeping differently when I was on my side but didn't think much about it until my neck started hurting every day again. I simply turned the pillow over (It's shaped different on both sides for different sleeping positions). Just like before, the next day my neck was better. It really does feel ergonomical and like it's made for positioning the head like it should be. It's also contoured just right and feels so good and cozy when lying on my back. Would recommend for neck pain and to prevent neck pain, for those of us who are not spring chickens anymore! ... show more

I've been using this ZAMAT pillow for quite a while now and frankly no other product I've tried does nearly as good of a job in alleviating my chronic neck pain. Incredibly comfortable, just the right amount of firmness, and I find myself waking up with my head in the exact same spot as when I fell asleep. I'm not a side sleeper myself, but I tested it out and was surprised at how comfortable it was when laying on the side as well, despite a shape and contour that seems like it would only appeal to back sleepers. All around great purchase! P.S. It also doesn't have that awful smell you get from a lot of memory foam, which was really great since I've usually gotten a headache for the first day or two after purchasing similar products. ... show more

I am very picky about pillows and did heavy researching before buying this memory foam pillow to compare against other similar pillows. I purchased this one due to the high level of positive reviews and ratings while also being quite affordable. I originally was in the market for a new pillow since my old feather pillow was too flat and not supportive enough, while other feather pillows were too bulky. The foam in this pillow provides just the right amount of support and it's very comfy around the neck where the foam is shaped to conform around your neck. I am also sensitive to smells and was worried about a plastic smell, but this pillow had none. I was waking up with sore neck after sleeping wrong on my pillow before purchasing this pillow and now I never have the issue.
