It took about 10 minutes for me to install this on my e-bike, & I wasn’t able to get a screw through one of the rack bars. But with the zip-ties, I was able to secure it with the frame & it hasn’t budged since. I use my e-bike to commute, so I’ve definitely put this thing to the test. It’s stayed secured through high speeds, bumps, & even one crash lol The bag easily comes in & out, so it doubles as a lunch bag, reusable grocery bag, or just a front trunk for fast food. But, be warned — it’s not waterproof, or even water resistant. If you’re like me, & you have the kind of bike frame that won’t support a rear rack, then this is the best alternative. This bike basket is of generally good quality and folds up nicely when not in use. The assembly however, was a bit tricky as the metal universal handlebar mounting straps were almost too short and had to be bent to mount flush on the basket. The handlebar clamps were a bit loose when tightened and I had to add a couple of bushings to get them tight around my handlebars. The black bag that comes with it is easy to put in and take out - that's what comes with me into the house and wherever I'm going. I've even put my backpack in there. Love the basket, the net and the rain cover. Comes with a lot of screws and brackets but no instructions at all. Never figured out how to install the brackets so I just ziptied it to my bike with the included zipties. The size makes it bump up against my back side when I am on the bike so maybe if it had instructions it wouldn't do that. 🤷♀️ ... show more
