I bought this table to hold telescope equipment outdoors. What's good: I've used it at its rated capacity (33 lbs.). The load was distributed over much of the surface by a carrying case. It did not collapse, but I suggest that the table needs to be on a flat, level surface. I wouldn't try it with any slope. The rivets and struts holding it together seem adequate. I think the maker would say "optimized for low weight". Nothing appears overbuilt. I didn't have much trouble setting it up, but clearly your skill will improve with practice. The surface size is generous. What's bad: The packing. The bag it comes in is sort of a joke. When collapsed, the top needs something like a bungee cord to hold it together (not provided). Overall, you need a way to hold the collapsed top, the collapsed legs, and two top support bars. The bag keeps all from getting lost or rolling around in the car, but does not serve as a good means to carry around the parts or hold them compact. ... show more

We bought this after seeing my in-laws bring theirs to a picnic and thought what a cool self contained table in a bag. We like the table itself - it’s lightweight, a good height and size and is very functional. It also folds up well but we didn’t receive the carry bag that’s supposed to be included. Unfortunately, without the bag you have to keep up with the parts, making it less convenient to transport to games/ events, etc. I contacted the company directly, hoping they could provide the missing bag, but haven’t received a response.
