Bought this primarily for hair health and less hair shedding and it definitely works! I’m not use to taking supplements multiple times a day let alone 6 times. Directions says I can take all 6 pills at once but I couldn’t stomach taking more than 2 pills at once as these pills are big (the size of my index finger nail). However, since it works even with taking 2 pills per day, I’ll try taking more in a day soon as the more I get use to taking them. But so far, I been taking 1-2 pills per day once in a day instead of the suggested 6 pills. Been taking them for 2 months and I can say that there is a significant improvement in health of my nails and hair. After the first month of taking them, my nails are whiter, stronger and looking beautifully healthier. My hair definitely grew faster than I normally expect. Not sure it helps with fullness or thickness of my hair. But it definitely does help with hair loss or hair shedding as I notice a significant lesser amount of hair less after washing and brushing my hair. My nails break soooo easily and it always breaks in the middle if I get my nails done and worse is it bleeds from that tear. I started this about 3weeks now and I was taking two tablets in the morning and two at night only and right now my nails are hard, very hard, growing longer and stronger. I use protective hairstyles, but I experience significant breakage when I wash my hair. Since I started taking these vitamins along with others, I've noticed very little breakage. I started to take this supplement last week, but since I also started taking two new supplements, I could not figure out what was causing my symptoms of pimples breaking out on my face, headaches, or why I suddenly had some unusual body odor. So, I continued to take the Youtheory collagen product and stopped taking the other two products. Yet, I continued to experience those symptoms. Now, not that I did not read the reviews before I purchased this item, because I typically read reviews before purchasing products. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the lesser negative reviews since this product was so highly rated with huge great reviews. Anyways, after my bad experience with this product, I read more of the negative reviews, and sure enough I had some of the same symptoms others had. Although I only got headaches during the first 3 days of taking the product, I stopped taking it after four days since I continued to have the other two symptoms that I mentioned above. Sure enough, when I stopped taking this product all of my above symptoms went away. Even when I restarted to take the other two products that I mentioned above again, I still did not have any of the symptoms like I did when I was taking the Youtheory collagen. The only thing I regret when I stopped taking Youtheory collagen is that my hip pain came back. So, I guess this product is good for something, but it's not worth it for me with the other symptoms it brings. Update: So, I decided to retake these supplements since I still had them on hand, and I didn't want to waste them. Fortunately, I'm not having any of the side effects such as body odor, and pimple break outs, just one pimple now and then. Also, since it's been about a week since I started to retake these supplements, I've had only one headache, and I also feel like it is still helping with my hip and joint pain, as I don't feel much pain when taking these. I don't know what it's done for my hair yet because my hair is braided, but as far as for my skin, it's helping to give me softer radiant skin. So, I guess all those side effects that I had before was just my body getting use to this product. 6 pills a day. Tablets are large . Some of the tablets broke and are small pieces, so not useable. I haven’t seen any difference in hair/nails/skin. I think there are better options out there .
