It's really hard to tell if vitamins are really working or not unless you do blood work or something like that but what I can't say is I have been taking these for about 4 or 5 months now and I definitely feel more energy when I'm taking them versus when I've stopped taking them for a week or 2. I definitely feel more tired and sluggish and I definitely recommend taking these. There are so many health benefits from taking simos and I really wanted it for my thyroid health plus just all the minerals that it provides to your body to great way to get those minerals in your body especially with all the bad stuff and food that we have nowadays it's good to have a balance and put natural healthy stuff in us. ... show more

I just started taking the supplement and so far I am not experiencing any problems! However, to be on the safe side because I do have a very sensitive digestive system, I started taking one capsule to begin with in oppose to three capsules! I an now I am taking two and so far no side effects. I can not tell if it is working just yet because I just begin on the journey! ... show more

    • Helps curb my appetite
All I can say that these supplements do for sure, is that they definitely curb my appetite, aid my digestion, and help me sleep through the night (I never used to sleep through the night). They also give me a lot of energy, so I switched to taking them in the morning. My mental health meds that I'm on made me put on weight and slowed down my metabolism, so even though I was dieting and working out every day, nothing else was working so my doctor put me on another prescription medicine that is helping me finally lose weight, but I think that my weight loss is from the prescription drug that my doctor put me on and not from this supplement. However, this supplement definitely has curbed my appetite which helps with weight loss as well, since my psych meds increase appetite. I'm also hoping that I'll see better results with my thyroid due to taking this supplement and increasing my zinc intake. ... show more

    • Swallower be warned
I don’t mind the slight earthy taste, but when I say these are huge capsules, I mean giGaNTic. I like to take my supplements in the morning, but trying to swallow one of these bad boys was rough and I had to make sure I had a huge gulp of water before and after taking one. Sea moss is wonderful and I’ll still keep taking it, but not like this. ... show more
