I'm still learning how to incorporate this into my diet. I think it might be better in foods, such as pasta. I tried to put it in my coffee, while it's flavorless, the oily texture can definitely throw you off. The product seems high quality. Large size bottle. Easy to squirt too much out, so I'd recommend they get a different type of cap. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone looking for mct oil. ... show more

Surprisingly it has helped take the “edge off” the constant joint pain I experienced. Still testing it out. I take approximately 1tsp morning and night with juice.

I like that it mixes well with coffee, tea, juice.we also use it for our blackstone grill and it doesn't overpower the taste of the veggies

I read about MCT oil on a vitamin website and then turned to Amazon. I found the same thing cheaper on Amazon than at the vitamin site. I add one Tablespoon to my coffee/tea in the morning and after 3 days definitely noticed an increase in focus and energy. It is an oil so to make it mix better I switched from a 10 oz cup to a 12 oz cup, this seemed to help to keep it from floating on the top. I have been using it for about 3 weeks and like the difference in the way I feel. If you search some vitamin websites you can also find it in a softgel. ... show more
