Due to arthritic knees, the exercise bike and treadmill are sometimes painful. I like it so much,this is the closest home elliptical machine I've seen yet that is comparable to commercial, high use units in gyms.It came packaged well, no dings or scratches, with major parts 95% pre assembled, super nice! I use this machine at least 4 days a week and each time comes a mechanical issue with noises I can’t seem to correct or fix. The media could not be loaded. This elliptical machine is perfect for me to use at home. I am too lazy to go out to the gym now because gasoline is too expensive, I don’t have to drive out to the gym anymore. So I'm happy and excited for this elliptical machine. It is very easy to use, easy to put together and very sturdy. Easy to read the instructions, it comes with tools for assembly, no need extra tools. I assembled by myself. it has different level of tension control and simple to adjust, very good quality materials and quality. the display shows speed,time,distance, calories, pulse. It is a almost no noise while working out. I put my ipad on top of the display and it’s a perfect fit, love to watch movie or listen to music while are working out. The elliptical machine is a very a good size, I put in the living room so I could watch TV too. It’s not to big it can fit anywhere in the house. Great recommendation to buy. We've had this machine for a few months now. Overall, both my husband and myself really like the machine. I do wish it had a longer stride but it's not a deal breaker because it gets us moving especially over the winter months. I also like that it doesn't need to be plugged in, it's not oversized so it fits nicely in our small bedroom, and it's a good basic workout machine. It has enough settings to challenge your muscles and is very quiet. It did start clunking after two weeks and I contacted customer service. Here is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. Customer service did respond to my email the next day and she took the information to pass along to her boss. The boss emails me the next day but it was a Russian email account. Sorry..... but I'm not comfortable with that. It might just be me ,but I'm not trusting with all the data breaches etc. My husband took it apart to look at the belt (which isn't real easy) but all looked fine and couldn't figure where the clunking noise was coming from. We had leveled and re-leveled it and that didn't seem to make a difference. We also didn't see any parts that were loose or out of place. A few weeks after that, the noise completely stopped. who knows if it was just a piece of dust or perhaps a part settling in. In any case, it's quiet again. All in all, we do like it and recommend to anyone on a budget (who isn't these days) and wants to add an elliptical to their routine. ... show more
