The quality of the chair is nice, I love the quilted leather experience, and the chair was super easy to put together. However the back support is the same as any chair so I will be ordering additional parts for back support. I also noticed the little circles keep popping out from time to time which isn’t that bad but still. I really like the chair, looks nice and very comfortable. However, because I looked at SO many different office chairs for plus size/big & tall, I didn't realize that I picked a chair with only a 300lb limit. I really need at least a 450lb limit chair. I didnt want to even think about having to disassemble it and getting it back into the box to return. Plus I purchased different wheels for it. Those definitely wouldn't have been easy to remove. I got this chair this morning. I’m a 60 yr old woman, not in the best shape. That being said, the box was lightweight. Everything was very well packed - orderly and convenient to unpack. It was a very simple assembly. The tool for screwing in the screws was fantastic. A T-shaped tool to help secure the screws so easily. It looks nice and feels good. I’m 5’ 3” with short legs, and the shortest height allows my feet to touch the floor. It raises up considerably. It is suitable for wide women too ;-) ... show more

It’s pretty to look at very comfortable however, it is so reclined instead of sitting upright to do my work and reach the keyboard. It’s like I am laying back ready to take a nap. I wish there was a way to adjust the back support so it’s more sitting up then reclining for relaxation lol Guess I will be putting the pillow behind me or something… lol ... show more
