I added this ball to my outdoor home gym after using a similar product at physical therapy. I love using this ball for all sorts of exercises. I throw it across the yard, slam it on concrete over and over, use it for twists and planks, etc... My 13 year old has taken to using it and he likes that he can slam it on the ground and throw it without much technique and get some energy out. After a couple months of use 3-5 times a week this ball is holding up. The outside is a little dirty but there are no signs of wear in spite of it getting slammed on concrete alot. It has fantastic dodgeball type grips, is filled about 85% with sand, able to be slammed extremely hard against the ground without issue. Of all the medicine balls I've used, this one is overall the best. It's about the size of a basketball, which is ideal for this item. Highly recommend the 20lb slam ball.
