Yes4ALL Cast Iron Ruck weights. This is the 20 pound weight. It fits perfectly in my backpack so I can do squats, curls, pushups. The quality is nice. I think I will order the 30 pound ruck weight in addition to this one. Of course it’s made in China. All the weights I bought when I was younger for weight training were all made in the USA.
