  • Low price, low quality... as always, you get what you pay for...
UPDATED: I raised my rating from 2-star to 4-star because of the seller's response to the issues below. They responded immediately to my message, requested photos and after seeing those immediately sent a new board. Very prompt and professional. First off, the board is fine doing what it does ... float and track in a relatively straight line with its 3 removable fins. It's 11' length and 33" width makes it quite stable so no issues with the function and I've enjoyed using it on the lake. And all the bits and pieces in the description were there as promised. The removable fins are nice because fixed fins would make it harder to roll up as is the case with my wife's $350 board. Inflation is straighforward as I use an electric pump to get it 90% of the way and then 50 pump with the hand pump to finish it off. Now to the cons... 1. I could immediately tell taking it out of the top-loading drawstring bag that it was going to be a challenge getting the board rolled up after use to a size small enough to fit down through that small opening compared to my wife's board which has a duffel type bag with a zipper that allows you to open up a whole side of the bag making it very easy to get her board into the bag. My suspicions proved correct as you have to make sure you get all the air out and roll it up tightly then get someone to hold the mouth of the bag open while you drop the rolled-up board down through the hole. 2. When I finished the inflation process to the max recommended PSI I noticed a couple of wrinkles in the tip of the board hadn't come out unlike my wife's which had no wrinkles. 3. After 3 hours total of being on the board on inland lakes during May and June ... before it was hot ... max 78 degrees... and always storing the board in the shade between uses the rubber foot mat has a 3" bubble near the front of the mat and two 2" bubbles on the tail. My wife's board that she bought last summer has 30 hours use with no bubbles. I will add photos of the bubbles and send a message to the seller about them. Will update this review with the pics and the seller's response. ... show more

  • Great cheap intro to paddle boarding.
I’m 6’ 1” and weigh 220. I have around 40 hours on the board at the time of writing this review. This is a great first board to see if you want to get Into paddle boarding. I had a terrible experience kayaking in college that put me off paddle sports. All my friends started paddling I SUP two years ago and twisted my arm into joining. I chose this board because it was the cheapest board, pump, and paddle kit I could find. It isn’t the best construction around. The board isn’t super stiff even when inflated to the recommended 15 psi. Additionally, the center fin of the board I received isn’t straight, so the board tracks to the right. That being said, the vinyl and glue seem very durable. I’ve hit some branches and rocks on a river and am pretty confident that the board can take a beating. In don’t expect any punctures or valve issues with this board this summer. I’ve tried out my friends board (they all have the body glove performers from Costco) and this board is definitely less stable than theirs. This instability still hasn’t stopped me from learning how to change paddling stances and do spin turns. The problems I’ve had with this board are amplified by my height and weight. Lighter and shorter paddlers will probably have a much easier time paddling on this board. I plan to upgrade to a nicer board next year as I probably will only paddle during the summer months. It has its issues but is a really great first season option. I am very satisfied with my purchase despite the three star rating. If the fin boxes had been mounted strait this would have been a 4 or maybe even a 5 star board. ... show more

  • Good bang for your buck & and PSA!
Overall, I have loved this paddleboard! And I definitely think it's the best bang for your buck. It's a good quality board for a low price compared to many others. I have not had a single problem with the board itself even though I've taken it out countless times and loved it. 2 public service announcements!: PSA #1. Even though the board FEELS firm and fully pumped up, if the pump does not have a psi reading yet, keep going. It doesn't give a psi reading until the board is rock hard. I thought that my pump was not working, so the seller kindly sent me another one. I felt bad when I realized that it was user error and the pump actually worked (I just had to keep pumping). HOWEVER now, after months of using the pump without issues, it seems to have finally broken (the handle shoots out from the pump so that you literally can't pump anymore). PSA #2. I personally am not able to pump this up to the full 15 PSI (a stronger person has to do it for me). I am a 5'3" petite girl. Even when I put all my weight on the pump towards the end of pumping up the board, I am UNABLE. Recommendation: just get an electric air pump and skip all this nonsense and hard work with the provided pumps. Cheap pump, but an amazing paddleboard! ... show more

  • Decent sup for the money.
Just took it out after it arrived. I ordered two and one of the pumps fell over while unboxing onto it’s side and the sealed plastic clear cover for psi gage popped off and broke so be careful cause its pretty fragile. Pumped em up to about 12-13psi. Mine was bending where i stood at 12 psi so if you’re a big person (250lbs 6’2’) you probably wanna max it out to 15psi which I’ll confirm later today and update. I wore my 5mil open cell apnea wetsuit and fell about 3 times trying to do certain maneuvers. It seemed stable tho. The other board didn’t get used because my lady had a panic attack trying to slip into her wetsuit after our year of quarantine related weight gain but again I’ll be able to confirm its functionality later as I’m taking my teenage son out with me. As for now they seem like what you’d expect for the reasonably low price. A basic sup with standard accessories. No idea about durability yet so I’ll keep updating as we plan to really use em as much as possible. We’re up in the PNW so it’s cold right now and wetsuits are required but I’m sure these will be a blast this summer. ... show more
