I love this bike. I bought it because it is easier to exercise at home when the weather is bad or you don't have much time, you can watch your favorite programs and exercise at the same time. It was very easy to assemble, the design is very nice and it doesn't take up much space since you can close it. It also has wheels to move it wherever you want. I've had this bike for 3 years now so I feel like I can finally give it a respectable review. Small footprint √ Easy to use √ Reasonably accurate heart rate assessment √ Holding up over time √ Intense work out... maybe not perfectly. Its no spin bike. If I attempt to stand while peddling, my knees hit the handlebars due to the shape of the bike. I'm only 5'4, so this is going to be a problem for most people. Sitting and peddling is fine for me and my husband who is just shy of 6 foot. The resistance dial is easy to use and works great, so making the peddling harder is one way to intensify the workout without being able to stand. If you want to be able to watch TV and work your legs a bit, this is a good fit that stores away easy and lasts for years. If you want intense cardio, you'll probably have to invest in something better. I do not regret the purchase at all, its pretty good for our needs. I wear a heart rate monitor (chest strap) but also occasionally see what the handles on this bike say. It usually reads a little on the low side, but if you hold the spots for awhile, its not a huge variation as compared to my chest strap. If you just want to ballpark your heart rate, it'll do well enough. Our heaviest user is 185 lbs, and there has been no problems, but I can't vouch for durability for larger users. If I have any complaints beyond being unable to stand and peddle, it'd be there is no place to put items you may want- a water bottle, a remote, your phone etc. ... show more

First, and very importantly, it took me 20 minutes max to assemble! Much of that time was spent trying to get the rubber straps on the pedals. I’m not very big but had no trouble maneuvering the parts around. Very simple instructions - with schematics - made assembly a breeze. Also comes with the tools that you need. The computer comes ready to go (includes batteries!) and just slides into a holder on the handlebars and plugs into wire attached to the frame. I haven’t invested much time in the computer part but it works and the numbers are believable. Very pleased with the quality, the size, the price and the quiet mechanism. You can hear your music or tv without having to turn the volume way up. I bought this to keep active through the winter - and there’s little danger of getting hit by a car. Perfect for my needs.     • EXCELLENT! SUPER QUIET! EASY TO ASSEMBLE, ROLL, USE! LOVE IT!

Have had this exercise bike for months now and enjoy it more and more each day! It was an excellent choice for me! I am 5’ 6” and weigh 170 lbs and am 83 years old. My husband put this together for me in half an hour! = easy to assemble, easy to follow directions. It is super QUIET! Absolutely no sound what so ever. The seat is comfortable! I bought the one with the back rest and the flat side padded “handle bars”. I do not lean back on the back rest but it is good to have. I do use those arm side handle bars to push my body snd spine up tall while riding, once in a while. The pedals are a nice large round shape. I enjoy the little monitor thing on the handle bars. It shows distance, also gives accurate pulse readings which I enjoy a lot. It is sleek! Quiet! Comfortable! And I have it sitting in my office right in front of the double sliding closet doors. It is super easy to lift the front out to face the room and tv 😍 while riding. Also EXCELLENT is with one pull-out of a central pin it folds up, comes together in one 5 or 6 ft. Flat Piece and EASILY rolls out my office door into a bedroom closet across the hall out of the way for house cleaning day! Or you could clean around it. The back leg is the roller bar part. Also love that it has a flat cup on the frame to hold a cell phone, which I use as a timer so is essential. The wheel is completely enclosed, safe and easy to dust. It Looks so nice too. One last thing I did not know before buying but saw in the really nice direction book that came with it was, they say is best on a hard floor and not on carpet. However, my office has nice plush carpet and I have been using it for months right on the carpet surface. It is not hurting the carpet at all. I would caution about getting on the bike and leaning forward at the same time, not good because of the soft carpet. I get leg over and both feet on the floor and using side arms to Push up STRAIGHT and get on the seat. Of course , I have the seat in almost the highest position as I love to have my leg fairly straight in its fullest extended position when riding. This bike is very easy for me to collapse together and roll. It rolls great on hard floor and is a bit harder and slower to roll on carpet, but I don’t have far to go on the carpet. You will love this exercise bike! Sleek, quiet, comfortable and high performance! I LOVE IT! It gets my heart rate up and I feel great using it. PS. It took me a while to get my legs used to it. I got on the first time and loved it and went for too much time! Really felt it in my legs the next day. So work up to the a amount of time. I had to work up to ten minutes. Gradually! Now I do two ten minutes sessions a day. LOVE THIS BIKE! Worth every penny! Also, this was the most reasonably priced bike! Good bang for your buck! You will love it. ... show more
