I had installed a Mr Heater Burry and wall mounted it in a deer blind. It would work good but I wanted a way to distribute the heat in the blind better and this is exactly what I was looking for. They have a clip included with this to install on the top of a Mr. Heater Buddy which works perfect in the location I mounted it. I was very impressed with the product quality and performance of this right out of the box. There is very little noise, and with no batteries or power supply, other than heat from the heater, it works great for this application. I find myself having to turn off the heater now much more frequently which results in less propane being used. Will pay for itself soon in just fuel savings. Going to try this out ice fishing next if we get enough ice this year. It is designed well but would have to design a case for it to transport to prevent damage to the blades as they are exposed. I bought two of these fans, one to use on my stove in my hot tent and one for my wood stove at home and I love them. They run completely silent and heat up pretty quickly and start turning and throwing out heat. I was worried about overheating them, especially the one at home but I have had ripping hot fires going in that cast iron stove and had no problems whatsoever. ... show more

Update : since posting this review I've been contacted numerous times by a variety of people, all from weird email addresses, asking me to remove my review and they would send me $30 refund ,,, I find it rather telling that instead of offering to send me a replacement fan, they are offering a partial refund ? and the fact that I have not responded or done as they asked, they continue to email me, a different person each time, from a different address, asking the same thing, for me to remove my review in exchange for a partial refund ? I believe these are from an "offshore" supplier of these fans, and definitely not the correct way to do business ! Beware ! I've purchased the single bladed version of these fans before, and they've been great. Moved a good bit of air, this double bladed version moved very little air even though there are two blades they are much smaller than the single blade fans. to top it off this one quit working after about a month, now won't spin at all . ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It spins blades just fine. However, out of the box, it pushed basically no air. Might disturb a candle a tiny bit. So, I took a pair of pliers and increased the fan blade angles. That makes quite the difference. Now it pushes a significant amount of air (relative to before). The thermometer it comes with is junk, needle just plain fell off within a week. No, it never overheated. I use an infrared laser thermometer to check stove top temps so no big deal. Worth it, I think so. Only had it for two weeks, but it works great since I tweaked the blades. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this fan for my hunting blind. I attached it to my Mr. Buddy Heater and it works perfect. It is super quiet, moves the heat out into the blind instead of the heat rising to the ceiling. It really improved the efficiency of the heater. I strongly recommend this fan. ... show more

I received this fan and everything looks great. I loved how they include the glove and thermometer with the fan. The fan itself looks great. I tested it out and the fan works fine. Only issue is that it does not push out enough air. Just a slight breeze. For example you blowing lightly on your arm has more air than the air push by this stove fan. I don’t know why but my usb fan, about the same size, has more breeze than the air push by this fan. Great for decoration or gauge when you need to put in more woods. We heat with wood and have a gas-fired central furnace for back-up, we get some drafts in the living room, looking to spread more of the heat output, to save on energy costs, decided to invest in this machine. it has been doing a great job over the past couple of weeks. this little fan is packed with power ! It spins faster than other fans we've had, and it circulates the air without creating drafts. I've spent 3 times as much on fans that don't work nearly as well in the past, it’s also amazingly quiet. I purchased this fan on January 25,2022. We use it during the winter months only, so at most 4 months per year. To this point we have used it for a total of 8 months. It has always made a faint clanging sound but worked well. Just this week it has stopped working. Everything looks as it has since purchased. It worked last week and then all of a sudden it just stopped. The fire was at the same temperature and has remained for 48 hrs but the fan (both sides) is no longer turning. I would think an item like this should function for longer than 8 months. ... show more
