I bought this fan as a camping accessory to put on top of my Mr. Buddy Heater. Most recently I was tent camping in northern Michigan in early May where it can be quite chilly at night. Within 30 seconds of turning on the heater each night, the fan kicked on and circulated warm air all night and kept the heat from going straight up and out of the tent. Worked like a charm for each night of cold camping. I was able to turn the heater on low to save gas and wore shorts and a t-shirt to sleep😂. I bought this for a 18,000 BTU Big Buddy Mr heater I used the paint roller as a base. I made a thin sheet metal base to fit on the paint roller grid. I placed the dual fan unit on the sheet metal base along side the temperature indicates that came with the dual fans. The instructions said the fans should start around 176F. The temperature gauge said around 450F and the fans failed to start. The fan was returned to Amazon today. What a disappointment. ... show more

    • Works as stated. I'm concerned about the wires in the back.
The media could not be loaded. So as soon as I received the Fan I unboxed it and attached it to my "Little Buddy Heater". In less than a minute the fans started rotating and within 2 min, it was at full Blast. It circulated the heat quite nicely. I am a bit concerned about the wires in the back. When the heater is on full blast, those wires get hot. The shrink-wrap tubing that covers the wires will get tacky which means that it is getting too hot. When the heater setting is on low the wires seem fine. I'm curious to see if CSURE has a solution for this. UPDATE: So as expected, the wires in the back finally got hot enough the break off. It’s a simple fix but frustrating that I saw this being a problem but the makers of this product didn’t. OR..was it made that way to get you to buy more. Hmm🤔 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This little fan is working great so far ! I purchased this item because my blower is broken on my wood stove. At first I could not feel any air moving in front of the fan. I am not feeling a ton of air but there is some, certainly not moving enough to blow anything. We will see how it goes as far as helping heat up the room when it really gets cold out, when it has already been very cold, etc. I will write an update once winter really sets in. ... show more

Love this fan...great heat distribution and perfect size, color, great quality. We use it to help our small wood stove heat our entire 3 story farmhouse all winter. So sad that when it was just over 2 years old, one fan stopped working. I thought it may be dust, so blew it out w an air compressor, which did not fix it. Then the other fan went on the fritz, then went out. I was worried, because these fans have increased in price by about $20 in the last 2 years and it essential to heat our home. I messaged the company, thinking there may be a warranty. No warranty, but CRSURE offered to send a new motor kit free of charge. My son changed out the motors and found that the fans on ours were not threaded, but the spindles on the new motors were threaded. Oh, no! Messaged CRSURE again to see if I could purchase new fan threaded blades, and they offered to send a new fan free of charge! Excellent company, and our home is toasty warm once again! (And today when I woke up it was -11'F outside without the windchill!) Thank you, CRSURE! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. EDITED: Initially the left fan did not work. After getting the stove very hot it ended up working and I haven't had trouble with it since. Overall I'm happy with the fan. The output is noticeable but obviously not as powerful as a regular electric fan. It helps circulate the heat and I would buy it again. ... show more

I was so excited to get this fan! Got it out of the box… the instructions said not to put it directly in front of the pipe… but it’s a small stove so I tilted it and brought it forward away from the pipe so it was as safe as it could be… as you can see by the photo - the pipe is barely registering 300°… fan stopped working within an hour. I cannot comment on how well it works - didn’t run long enough to tell. It was quiet though. Value is currently not worth the money as it was far too expensive to quit working so quickly. ... show more
