I was having issues with the bottom of my foot. Bought the expensive walking shoes. Foot still hurt. Doctor recommended inserts for a high arch. These work just as good as the pair the doctor recommended. I bought both to compare.

The insole itself was very thin foam no gel or other material to support your feet and the arch area has no rigidity. I have high arches and I work in retail so I do at least 8 miles a day walking which means I need support in the arch area and more cushioning on the entire foot which these gave me neither and after one shift which was a shorter day and only about 6 miles of walking my feet were completely sore! Not worth buying if you’re used to the big brands work insoles because you will not get the same cushioning or arch support. ... show more

For me, I found these to have a decent level of cushion. It is soft and definitely makes being on my feet all day easier. Now one of my feet I think does have a bit smaller of an arch and is the main reason I tried these. I found that as long as I do my morning foot stretching exercises and use these inserts then I do not feel pain in my arch. These alone would not eliminate the pain. For my other foot, which seems to have more of a normal arch to it, these feel nice and help keep the fatigue of being on my feet all day away. ... show more

My father has always had foot pain. He's always used insoles and recently my mother suggested I get him insoles as a gift. Didn't realize a simple insole would make a good gift idea but I think of all the things I've ever gotten my father insoles and massage related gifts are the things that get used the most. He happens to be really happy with these. Used them the same day I gave them to him...he's been using them for a couple of weeks now. No complaints so far from him. These are some great insoles that offer good comfort once they're broken in. There were no issues cutting the Xinifoot sole to match the original soles in my shoes. With a decent pair of scissors you can make clean cuts. It was also pretty easy to slip it into my shoes and fill the space. I recommend using the original insoles of your shoes as a guide if you can remove them. The small downside to these is that you have to break it in first. For me, it took around 15 - 20 minutes of walking to break it in. Once broken in, you can feel the foam and the padding supporting your feet, making walking or running feel much better. I'll keep this review updated if anything changes with these insoles. Some insoles I've bought have lost their comfort after a few months, so I will report if these end up the same. ... show more

    • Very thick shoe inserts

I have a foot problem. My job requires me to stand for long periods and tbh I'm a bit heavier than i should be. My feet kill me. I mean the kind of pain that when i drive home i contemplate sitting in my car about how much my feet are gonna hurt when exiting the car 😞. I purchased Hoka shoes because everyone says they are the most comfortable shoes on Earth. Well they did make my feet feel somewhat better but not 100% (maybe about 60%). So i tried these inserts with the shoes and it was a bit too much going on for me. Between the support of the shoe itself and these inserts my foot felt pushed upwards way too much. So i placed the original insole back in my shoe with Dr Scholls insert for plantar fascitis. I think I hit the sweet spot now....I'd say my feet are at 90%. This is not saying these inserts are bad or didn't work...they didn't feel right in the Hoka shoes I got. I put them in my New Balance shoes we will see how that goes. Update: will put them back in the Hokas again today for work. Having foot pain again with the Dr Scholls inserts. Hopefully the Hoka shoes are broken in now where these inserts will feel better. ... show more

I got new work boots and they fit great when I first got them. Nice and snug and great comfortable fit. Then they broke in a bit more and they felt sloppy. These helped take away the sloppy feel as now my foot fit snug again. I wasn't pulling on the shoe strings like it was a corset... I only have to gently snug them a bit more. I also noticed my feel felt like they were floating better, not having a hard impact as I walked. These soles are great and I wish I had ordered a second set for my dress shoes. I recently got the XINIFOOT Sport Insole, and I am generally pleased with this product. The insoles provide exceptional shock absorption and arch support that made my feet feel comfortable throughout the day. The design includes soft materials in the forefoot and heel areas, while the Gel pad on the back heel of the insole has an excellent shock absorption effect. The XINIFOOT Sport Insoles offer excellent arch support, which is ideal for people suffering from plantar fasciitis pain. The insoles can be easily cut to fit any shoe size, and I appreciated this feature. However, I did notice that these insoles are relatively thick, providing excellent cushioning but raising the height of the shoe. This caused the back of my foot to rub against the shoe's lower area, which affected my comfort during long walks. Nevertheless, I'm hopeful that the insoles may settle over time, reducing the height difference between them and the original insoles. Pricewise, this product is very competitive, so you get a pretty good deal for your money. Overall, I recommend the XINIFOOT Sport Insole to anyone looking for added comfort and support.
