I go for walks and the other day I had shorts and socks in 30 degree weather and I could feel my blood freezing. I forgot I had these in my drawer and put it on for my walk today and it did pretty well keeping my legs warm yet letting some air through. It felt really nice and light. Not like traditional tights. Size is a questionnaire lol. I wear a 34x36 pants and in these a 2xl. They do fit well and provide a good sense of compression. I was more focused on the wicking of moisture off skin. Which they also do well. They provide a little thermal extra as well. I unfortunately wear them year round. They function as a step to get my sweat away from my skin. In the fall and cooler days also help keep that chill off you. I'd recommend these to anyone. As a matter of fact have, lol. They are a medical requirement to me so I'm sure that if you are using them for working out they will work great. ... show more
