Product came to me damaged. I didn’t open the box immediately. I assumed it was brand new and unused. Because I opened past the return deadline, I’m now stuck with a damaged product.bi decided to try it out regardless, it doesn’t track properly. The different options do not track. I have tried to use it as a gimbal, tripod, and the hands free options. All of them are very glitchy. The do not track accurately and the one time I tried to use the AI special tracking camera the entire thing kept trying to spin in a circle. It got stuck trying to only spin one way and would never stop trying to turn. I had to shut down the entire gimbal to make it stop. The only thing I did was attach it and try to turn on the gimbal. I’m so very disappointed as I had been following this product for a while and really looking forward to the usage I was going to be able to get out of it.now I’m stuck with a product that malfunctions. I might as well be using my regular phone tripod instead. ... show more
