The media could not be loaded. This is good to store small valuables within reach so the kids don't get into it . Just like the ones you find at a hotel it is mountable with holes on the bottom and also has has a keypad and key for quick access. I enjoy using this safe. It does fit nicely on top of my larger fireproof safe. Right now the only change I'd make is that if this safe was also fireproof. I would never use this safe in a public place i.e. store, but for personal use and tucked away in your closet or behind a picture frame..100% great, I love the fact that it has a backup key incase the batteries go dead, but the keypad is easy to use and setup.. I'm sure anyone with time on there hands could get into this safe, but that goes for many other safes of this size and caliber. The metal is on the thicker side it will take a pretty good hit to dent this safe, also you can mount it anywhere, I mounted this safe into a wall portrait.. looks great.. works as its intended ... show more

Finally I got my own safe and this is just like the ones you find in hotels. It's very beefy and sturdy and roomy as well. I'm pretty sure it's not fireproof but that's ok too. Instructions were simple to follow and setup. The only thing that I'm miffed about is that it didn't included the needed AAA batteries. For this price, I think that's the least they could do. This “small” safe is actually such a great size! We can fit two firearms, documents, and still have plenty of room left! It is heavy and sturdy, it makes me feel confident my items are truly safe. It was easy to set up and easy to use.
