We purchased this for our kids for Christmas. Got it set up in January, which was pretty easy, and our kids loved it! Everything worked well for 3 weeks, except Iโ€™d say the seat is a little small and could have been larger to be more stable but still totally useable. After 3 weeks though a piece broke in the pulley system and the swing could not longer slide down the cable. It was broken and we were past the 30 days from purchase even though we hadnโ€™t used it for more then 30 days. I reached out to the company and did not hear anything back but upon leaving a review here on Amazon they contacted me and sent me a new set at no cost. Iโ€™m very happy with the company fixing the problem we had. So even though we encountered a piece breaking Iโ€™d still recommend them because they made it right and sometimes stuff breaks. We are very excited to put up the new set so the kids can play with it again. Thank you to the company for replacing what broke and making it easy. ... show more

Attached this to the kids treehouse to run to our pool. I don't think this is adequate for adults, the cable is only 3/16 inch. I did not follow the instructions because I attached the closed thimbled end to an eyebolt on the tree house and wrapped the other end around a 6x6 post with the supplied bridle. Could have used an extra thimble as I ended up putting the open end of the cable around the turnbarrel end shackle which creases the wire. I intend to install a thimble before long. All in all you get what you pay for with this, and once the novelty wears off and it is used less, my thoughts are that it suits my needs. ... show more

This Zipline is awesome and my kids love having it in our backyard! It is very difficult to install though. Two people and my husband is a handyman with every tool imagineable. It was definitely difficult but once it was in, it was worth it.
