After the first use the vacuum went downhill immediately. The second time I used it, one week later, it left most of the bottom of the pool untouched. Even after confirming the settings, it was not cleaning. I tried a day later and the same thing, it was skipping most areas of the walls and the floor. After the second use the knob that hold the bottom of the basket connected broke off. I tried to get help but was given the run around and is why I am leaving a 1 star review now, in hopes of someone from the company to provide some resolution. This is too much money to work only 1 time. I am not sure how much help a new basket would be because that has nothing to do with it skipping areas of the pool. My pool is small anyways but this is not worth it at all. The First picture is after cleaning the first time, the others are taken after the most recent use. it didnt even touch the stairs and most walls, it is hard to see but it is a very poor job. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Outstanding performance. I bought some other ones and they had issues. This unit out performs the others! The MX8 we used, I threw it away after watching this machine climb the steps and the pool bench.

Pretty good but not great. Estimated run time on this is about 120-150 minutes so it’s about to die at the time the photo of the dirty end was taken. Been in the pool over 2 hours and it did about 75% of the job I would say. Randomly climbs the walls which is nice but it completely ignored a full corner of the pool. I left the pool floor a little dirty knowing this was being shipped to see how it would do and I’m disappointed it never made it to this corner of the deep end. Did fairly well for the areas it covers but we don’t have a large pool, only 16000 gallons and 5-6ft at the deepest. Undecided at the moment if we will keeping or returning this one. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money
So far we are not impressed with this cleaner. We had a dolphin that lasted us 9 years but it recently stopped. We decided to give this one a try and so far wish we had bought another dolphin. We have used it 2 times now and it’s been on a full charge but it will not clean past 2 hours and it spends more time on the walls than at the bottom of the pool. ... show more
