These wrist weights were the perfect addition. Size is great it is very adjustable thanks to the power of velcro. I mostly wear them on my wrists/forearm but I have worn them twice on my ankles. They fit very snug and don't slide around on your wrists. Fit is really nice because they are adjustable. I can make them fit really snug or loosely depending on how I want to wear them. You can also take off or add weights to the bands to give it a better feel. Durability is as expected. I wear them everyday for an hour. As stated above they fit really nice and snug and don't budge. Which makes it more comfortable. Super easy to remove. Again as stated above its velcro. So pulling it apart is really easy for quick removal. Value for money I'd say is on point. They cost about the same as others. I just really like this because the weights can be moved around which comes in handy when you're wearing them around your wrist. If they are too heavy, you can remove individual weights to customize. They are well made and come with a nice zipper carrying case that doesn’t take up much space.
