This is by far the best I have used as all the others are the typical shaft design and fail to really take into account the ergonomics of comfort and focus without any un-comfort. The only thing I would ask for a change is the rope that came with it as it does not give me any confidence. ***So I used a 160lb rated paracord which worked out awesomely! This wrist roller is made of solid wood and made well. It is smooth on the hands as you roll with the hands and does not feel bad. You can choose to do outer grip or inner grip with a larger width size to work the forearm differently and build muscle. Overall recommend.

This is a classic wooden wrist roller with an innovative twist. The spheres added are the twist. These alternative grips make this already stylish wrist roller modern. The wrist roller has been around for ages and is an effective hand, wrist, and forearm developer. This product is made of quality wood and has an excellent feel to it. You can Go to Core Protigy for a video of the product, and to see their lineup of other quality products. I would highly recommend this wrist roller to any one. It came with some interesting water weights which gives it a stylish setup if Yoga is your exercise, however, you can still use the cord itself with its carabiner, or a loading pin or other mechanism to hang weight plates from it as well if you are stronger. This wrist roller can also be used at the end of workouts when your grip is already fried from doing such exercises as heavy deadlifts, or shoulder shrugs which are very grip intensive. A wrist roller can also be used to get a mild pump on off days just to get some active rest benefits and encourage a quicker recovery period in your hands, wrists, and forearms. Speaking of pump, not everyone has the good genetics of naturally developing big forearms from just gripping exercises, this wrist roller will "pump" your forearms good which contributes to developing that desireable Popeye look everyone wants to have. I think you get the picture of the benefits of having a good wrist roller around. Here is a innovative classic wooden wrist roller you can't go wrong with. This is a really cool wrist roller. I got both the one with the two barrels on it and the short one with 3 inch balls first i want to say i think they are both great ideas BUT the finish is why 3 stars only... first both of mine came totally no stain or finish edges were rough bad!!! the ends of the large barrels your thumbs will rub when using the smaller end handles the saw marks were so rough they hurt my thumb knuckles and im a metal worker so my hands are not soft... all corners were sharp and splinters fraying off them, the carbiner clip is a super cheap aluminum one for keys it looks like i changed it with a decent one from lowes . I will say the wood it self seems good quality the cord is ok i might replace it not sure yet.. I am currently finishing the big one with pure tung oil once done ill do the short ball one.. to some up my thoughts i like them BUT for the price its shabby to have cut so many corners in my opinion,they should have at least sanded them smooth and put on some sort of wood finish and a decent clip because they will be lifting weight, and for the price i sure as h#ll did not think or want to have to sand and oil finish these thing had i known that i think i might have made another choice maybe!!! ... show more

This is my favorite wrist roller I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot. The fat grip adds an extra level of difficulty and there is still a skinny grip option. I looks forward to using it during my workouts.
