I read all the reviews and was hesitate but I am so glad I bought these! They are the perfect set of cutting boards. Light weight to push fresh cut vegetables into your pot with out losing them, easy to clean, and come in different sizes. They are unseasoned so you need to use a food grade mineral oil, I do this 4 times a year on my bigger butcher blocks and wooden utensils. This will keep them from being so dry and splintering or splitting. Also, hand wash do not submerge and soak in water or place them in the dishwasher. This will destroy your cutting boards! I would recommend getting them. I am so happy I did!! ... show more

They are lightweight and easy to wash. I bought the ones without the track around the edges which would catch liquids. I thought those would be hard to wash. This is a solid purchase. Update: I pressed ground beef into patties on the wooden board. The fatty meat stuck to the rough texture of the bored and would not come off with a scrub brush and dish detergent. Ultimately, I got it clean and after it dried, I used a sandpaper block on both sides and smooth out the surface. I did that to all four boards. And they’re awesome. The only thing I’m wondering now is is there some kind of finishing treatment/conditioning that I should use. ... show more

These last about as long as cheap plastic cutting boards do, meaning 6 months to a year or two depending on how often you use them and whether you put them in the dishwasher or not. I dishwasher them, which means after about 6 months of heavy use and frequent washing they are starting to split at the seams. But that is to be expected, and at this price point they can be easily replaced which is more sanitary anyway. Great replacement for plastic. ... show more

Nice set of bamboo boards. Holds up well to daily use and has been through the dishwasher several times with no warping/cracking. Wood boards get expensive so this is a good option for replacing plastic cutting boards affordably. This cutting board set is great for people who cook daily, it holds up well to constant use and feels very durable. However, I’ve noticed that if you don’t pat it dry after washing, the wood starts to feel softer over time. To prevent any mold growth in cracks or cuts, I’d recommend using a cutting board oil every so often to keep it protected.
