Nice set of bamboo boards. Holds up well to daily use and has been through the dishwasher several times with no warping/cracking. Wood boards get expensive so this is a good option for replacing plastic cutting boards affordably. UPDATE (6 months) The large board, which we only ever handwashed, warped and cracked after a few months. These last about as long as cheap plastic cutting boards do, meaning 6 months to a year or two depending on how often you use them and whether you put them in the dishwasher or not. I dishwasher them, which means after about 6 months of heavy use and frequent washing they are starting to split at the seams. But that is to be expected, and at this price point they can be easily replaced which is more sanitary anyway. Great replacement for plastic. ... show more

These are nice, I like the look of them and they serve the purpose well, being a good replacement for plastic ones. I thought lacking a handle hole would improve durability, and still think it does, somewhat. Unfortunately the middle-sized one split 60/40 after twice in the dishwasher. The resulting 2 "lean profile" boards were not really useful anymore. BTW I've thrown out 4 or 5 bamboo boards after they split this way, going forward I will regard every bamboo board as "hand wash only", or simply limited use and disposable. ... show more

The mid-sized board came with a broken handle, and the smallest board (which for transparency I have used the most since purchasing, and by "most" I mean I've used it maybe a grand total of 5 times), has started to shed little bamboo slivers. I have only hand washed the board 3 or 4 times, always immediately after using it. I haven't even used these enough for any meaningful cuts to form in the bamboo from my knife. If you're in a pinch and really can't afford something higher quality, these will last you like... maybe a month or two if you cook infrequently. But if you can afford better, I would advise shelling out for a higher quality product. I originally got these to get away from my plastic cutting boards, but I didn't really want to shell out for a high quality wood board... I guess I've learned my lesson. ... show more
