After being disappointed with my last set of cutting board (a set of brand-name plastic boards), I decided to give bamboo cutting boards a try. I chose these cutting boards because of the lifetime warranty. After receiving the cutting boards, I oiled them with a food-grade mineral oil to help protect them. I've been using all three boards near daily for around 6 months now and I couldn't be more thrilled! They are high-quality, look virtually unchanged from when I received them, and I'm noticing that my knives seem to stay sharper for longer than they did with my previous cutting board. I have found that the smallest of the three boards makes an excellent serving platter for cut cheese and charcuterie (for a small group anyway) and I also love to use it as my "garnish board" since it's usually the only clean board by the time I'm ready to plate my dinner. The medium board is usually my vegetable board. It's a great size because it can accommodate most vegetables without issue but is still small enough that it's light to pick up and rinse off in the since (who has time to pick individual vegetable scraps off their board? Just rinse it off!) The largest board is my meat cutting board now. I've had corned beef, large roasts, roasted chickens, and all sorts of other large item son this board and it's just great. It's hefty enough that it doesn't move around on you but it's light enough where cleaning it isn't inconvenient. Overall, I'd definitely recommend picking up these cutting boards. I've known for years plastic cutting boards can't be good for you. New research confirms you're getting microplastics from using them. Switch to these type material instead! I love this set because of the various sizes. They're durable and easy to clean. I do not dishwasher them. I will buy these again if the old ones wear out. ... show more

These cutting boards are okay quality. Be careful! I got a splinter while drying the board. 10/27/24 UPDATED REVIEW: I would like to update my review. After my initial review, I was contacted by the company regarding my 1 star review. I explained to them how I got a splinter. The company wanted to rectify the situation and offered me a free replacement. I was impressed that the company stood my their product and wanted to ensure that I got the quality boards. They DID NOT ask me to update my review. I am choosing to update this review on my own. The new set of boards are smooth and I am enjoying using them. The first set I got must have been defective. Absolutely love these cutting boards. It's worth noting that I've owned an extra-large board from this same company (which is the exact same style as these), and I've been impressed with that one for as long as I've used it - it's really durable and well-built and stands up to scratches, etc. So I'm happy to say that despite being smaller, these three boards are exactly as high-quality as that one is. They feel premium and heavy-duty for their size, without being difficult to maneuver. The "moats" do a great job of catching any excess liquid, and I especially love how the opposite sides of the boards are flat, I just like having the option and I find myself using both sides pretty evenly. They also just look beautiful, I love the natural color. If they're as good as the extra-large one that I've owned for over a year - which I suspect they are - I have no doubt that these will last me a very long time and won't develop any issues (I'll update this review if that doesn't end up being the case). Extremely happy with these cutting boards, they met my expectations in every way and I don't have any complaints about them at all. ... show more
