Almost the perfect wrist roller. The fat handles challenge your grip strength, the strap and chain is well made and will last a while. The only flaw is the center piece the strap rolls into is only wide enough for the strap. Getting it perfectly rolled into it is near impossible, especially when you're struggling on heavy weight or the last rep. Just widening the middle would make this perfect but it's still very effective for building forearm mass. ... show more

This is hands down the best thing I have used to work on my forearms. No more using awkward dumbell/barbell exercises. No more finding proper extensions at the cables to work on your forearms. Pros: 1. High quality material 2. Easy to progressively overload compared to other equipment. 3. Portable Cons: 1. It is a little bit on the heavier side, but it’s because of the materials used and I do appreciate them for making this a quality product. I have used a stick with a weight on it since I was a kid. In case you were wondering that was a long time ago. This product does what it says it will do for your forearms. It helps you to maintain good form while doing the exercise and really gives you a good pump.

I'm very familiar with high-end gym equipment and I was comparing this to a similar item at Rogue Fitness. I decided to take a "chance" with Viking Strength as it was less expensive and delivery was quicker. I figured the worst that can happen is I return it. Well, I can say for sure I will NOT be returning this! I am very impressed with the build quality and design of this product. This thing has some weight to it and the rubber coated grips are thick, as advertised, and have a nice feel to them. I measured 6 5/8 for those interested. After a few reps, my forearms are already on fire. I can't speak yet to the durability, but I see no reason why it would be an issue. Their web site states the product is guaranteed for life. The strap "appears" to be replaceable should the need arise, but I would confirm this with Viking. Overall, great value for the money! ... show more
