I purchased this in June I had a surgery and I was sitting for a while, I lost a lot of weight and I wanted to get my body back. I start using the EMS hip trainer right before my workouts and I can tell you this thing is like 20 squats in a seconds!! I can feel my muscles working. I have butt gains and hip gains…lol You can feel the contractions all in your butt you can tell your butt is lifted and it’s working, especially if you don’t have time to always go to the gym.     • Didn’t last very long
I purchased this item in April2024 and 4 months later August it no longer works. (4 months come on now!) from the beginning I had a problem with the remote about once a week I would have to change the battery because it would die and the batteries are not cheap. :(

I love this EMS hips trainer! Very easy to use, it fits everybody. It’s definitely worth it. I put it on my abs, legs & buttocks. I either work out or just lounge around the house with it on. It definitely helps my muscles and feels wonderful! I highly recommend!

    • Not easy to use but does work
The gel is wearing off fast, tricky to put on, remote doesn't have a display so a lot of guessing on settings, but it does work, there are better products but cost more so take the good with the bad.

The sticky pad naturally get used out and have to re purchase. Over all though, if taken care of properly this is a great product, did it work? I don't know, but did it make me feel good and the use and functions were easy, yes.
