Save you money. This is a very lousy and low quality product. It offered very little resistant and tears easily when place between upper and lower teeth. I can't in good faith return something put in my mouth. It is not worth making a trip to an Amazon drop off point to return this item.

    • Consuming silica may cause cancer!
The CDC warns "Silica dust particles become trapped in lung tissue causing inflammation and scarring. The particles also reduce the lungs' ability to take in oxygen. This condition is called silicosis. Silicosis results in permanent lung damage and is a progressive, debilitating, and sometimes fatal disease." This product is made of silica and cracks easily. Furthermore, while chewing on these, much saliva is produced which leads to swallowing high quantities of saliva containing these micro silica particles. I bought this item because it was the cheapest I could find. Big mistake. I am already regetting it, as my body just does not feel right after only a few days of using this product. Obviously after a while of chewing on both your jaw gets tired, but I found that even chewing on one side at a time was helpful. Super nice and soothing even.

Title says it all—they’re cheap, crumbled, and fall apart. With that said, love exercising my jaw and hope others continue to do so as well.
