The quality of this product is top notch and the only complaint even I can find is the case (soft comffy material) isn't cut/sewn right on the curve angle and when I use it the seam pulls too tight on the form and causes pressure on my neck. SO---I just give it a slight twist to one side and it's perfect! I bought three of these for a family plane ride. They have great support and are nicely washable. I will echo what others have said about the zipper being deceiving/useless since it's raw filler inside. There is no base cover under the plush cover to remove for washing. It's just brown poly fill inside but that really doesn't matter. Just throw the pillow in the wash and hang dry or toss in the dryer on low as is like you'd wash stuffed animals. ... show more
